By using this site, users will be taken to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

The Autarchy handbag is made of genuine leather. It is a natural material so may have slight variations in the colour and texture.

We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving reasons. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method in which it was received.

All prices are subject to change without notice. When placing an order the customer has agreed to pay the price as listed on the order form at the time the order was originally submitted.

All prices featured on the website include Australian GST but not delivery charges. This will be calculated and included in the checkout payment process. A tax invoice will be issued to your email address for your records after the purchase has been processed.

Currency & Payment

All handbags are sold in Australian dollars.

You can purchase:-

• On line through our secure website www.autarchy.com.au using  Mastercard or Visa.
• By telephone.  Email us first and we will call you back to process your credit card details through our National Australia Bank Merchant Facility. 
• Any other way – i.e. Direct deposit – do contact us by email at business@autarchy.com.au so we can advise you if we accept the payment method and how we will process your purchase.

Postage & Delivery

You agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you place your order.

All purchases will be posted via Australia Post within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) once payment is received.

Please be sure to include your correct daytime delivery address and contact number. We can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Australian orders - allow 3 – 7 days from the date of your order (subject to stock availability).

International orders – allow 5 – 15 days from the date of your order (subject to stock availability).

• International orders are not subjected to GST so it is removed from the price in the shopping cart prior to purchase.
• For all International deliveries the receiver is responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes that may be levied once the package reaches the destination country.

We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery.

The utmost care is taken with every parcel to ensure your handbag is delivered in original condition; however we don’t take responsibility for lost parcels caused by Australia Post.

Subject to payment, property and risk passes to you upon delivery of the handbag to your nominated delivery address.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the handbag for faults and notifying us within 5 days of its arrival should there be a fault.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Autarchy Pty Ltd will endeavor to repair or replace any faulty handbag. Where repair or replacement of the damaged or faulty handbag is not possible a refund for the full purchase price (excluding postage & handling) will be immediately credited or refunded to you.
