We do not offer a return policy on items whereby you simply changed your mind.
The Autarchy Pty Ltd Returns Policy allows only for items that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery.
We require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is faulty or damaged. Please notify us by email business@autarchy.com.au with details of the fault. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. The handbag must be sent back to us within 14 days.
The handbag must be returned new, unused and complete in original packaging. We cannot accept the returned handbag if it is not in original condition, or it has been damaged by the user. Proof of purchase is required.
Autarchy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage of the handbag in shipment back to us and it is suggested to use registered post or trackable courier.
The cost of returning the handbag is the cost of the customer at all times.
