In the course of providing this website for your use, we only collect personal details necessary to provide you with our product. Autarchy only collects information whenever a customer supplies us on a voluntary basis, personal details either in person, by phone, fax or on-line. These details may include your name, address (postal and email), telephone number, credit card details, quantity and type of product that you have purchased from us.
We may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information and stock availability.
We may also use your personal information to notify you about changes to our product, new products and future offers in which we think you may be interested. If you prefer not to receive such information, please follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the particular communication.
Autarchy distributes newsletters in electronic form from time to time. Recipients may choose to have their names and addresses removed from the distribution of these publications. Just follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the newsletter.
All transactions completed on our website are encrypted (securely coded) during the process of being entered and transmitted to our website database.
Autarchy does not store any credit card information on any internet server.
Credit card details are only held until transaction has been approved and then they are destroyed.
How We Hold Information
We are legally required to keep records for seven years of all transactions that involve payment to us. We store such records securely, and it can be accessed only by authorised staff. After the seven year period has elapsed the records are either shredded or burnt.
